To this end, our Cocktail Masterclasses feature ingredients sourced locally, as well as classic and new cocktail recipes. Our fully immersive and interactive Cocktail Masterclass is an experience like no other, where you can learn about the history of cocktails, the core elements of cocktail making, and the tools of the trade. You’ll have the opportunity to mix up and enjoy four signature cocktails made with ingredients sourced from our local area, all selected with an eye on sustainability. Our Cocktail Masterclass allows you to explore the cocktail-making process, and experiment with different cocktail pairings, tonics, and garnishes. Our commitment to local ingredients, as well as our range of mixology techniques, ensures that our experiences are fun and engaging for all. Come mix up some delicious cocktails with Symphonia Spirits and take the first steps towards becoming a master mixologist.

Our Cocktail Masterclass lasts around 2 hours and includes:

• A fully immersive experience learning the core elements of cocktail making
• A brief guide to the history of cocktails
• Learn the tools of the trade – get to grips with your shaker!
• Build, mix, shake and, of course, drink 5 signature cocktails.
• Plenty of laughs and the most interactive  lesson you will ever have.
