Here at Symphonia Spirits, we’re dedicated to creating unique gin experiences for our visitors. Our Gin School allows you to explore the craft of gin blending and the science of flavour perception, using local botanicals and unique flavour profiles to create your perfect gin. Also, we will help you experiment with different mixers and garnishes to create the ultimate gin and tonic experience. Our distillery tours provide an opportunity to learn about our sustainable distillation processes we employ, and our Cocktail Masterclass is an introduction to the world of mixology. All of our experiences offer a unique and immersive opportunity to explore the world of gin. Come craft your own unique gin and explore the sustainable distillery at Symphonia Spirits.

 Our Gin School lasts approximately 3 hours and includes:

• Arrival to a welcome cocktail
• Listen to the story of Symphonia and taste some of our spirits range
• Understand the science of flavour perception with a lesson on the senses with our Master Distiller
• Get creative and choose your flavour notes to create your gin
• Label and prepare your bottle 
• Sample your gin with a range of mixers and garnishes to find your perfect serve
• Take home your mini bottle and our in house team will scale up your creation and post it to you
• We will keep your recipe on file should you want another bottle!
• £90 per person
