On arrival at the distillery you will receive a welcome cocktail and hear about the history of gin making.

We will give you an insight into our unique production methods, which are based on cold distillation and microwave extraction technology and you’ll learn about why this method of production is so sustainable.

You will get to try our range of spirits as their signature serves and finish on a high with our seasonal cocktail

Compose Your
Symphonia

We don’t make gin we compose it.

We will provide you with a range of individual  flavour notes carefully distilled from local botanicals and some other more exotic ones.  You choose the flavour notes you like and we will help you compose it into your recipe.

Once you have your gin you can experiment to find your perfect serve from a range of mixers and garnishes.
