If you love gin then you’ll love this – Gin Experience Dublin is happening this weekend and Dr Ulrich Dyer will be there will our Symphonia Gin range at Stand 38
Dublin is always heaving but next weekend it will be the gathering place for gin enthusiasts who will be travelling to the iconic Printworks at Dublin Castle where we will join over 40 other gin producers for what is Ireland’s largest gin event.
Gin Experience Dublin is a celebratory event of all things gin and guests can sample a wide variety of gins, pair food with gin, attend a foraging masterclass with some of Ireland’s leading ambassadors as well as sampling cocktails of gins made by the bars and restaurants.
Gin is in and it’s not going anywhere so it’s no wonder this is the most hotly anticipated gathering of gin drinkers Ireland will have seen.
Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in all things gin and Dr Ulrich Dyer, the founder of our Symphonia Gin range, will be there with Symphonia – our Dry Gin; Symphonia – our Armagh Bramley Apple Gin and of course Symphonia – our Fruit Cup.
Ulrich said: “There’s a lot of gin to be made in preparation for Gin Experience Dublin. We had a fantastic time at the London Borough Market last month. The reaction to the Symphonia range in London was outstanding. We poured approximately 5,000 samples to gin enthusiasts who were keen to try something new and also were very interested in our story of innovation. We had a wall of people, four or five deep, waiting to taste the Dry Gin, our Apple Gin and our Fruit Cup. We are looking forward to Gin Experience Dublin because people attending this event will be totally seeking that cosmopolitan experience and there’ll be no better to place to be next weekend than at the Printworks at Dublin Castle.
“Irish gin is regarded as a world leader so visitors to this event will be able to sample over 130 different types of gins and with a heavy focus on being able to meet distillers like myself. There will be international brands there but mostly they’ll be Irish. We will be at Stand 38 so come along and have a chat with us and immerse yourself in the taste of the Irish countryside.”
The team behind the mini-gin festival said: “We want to give Ireland’s gin fans, whether they be the complete novice or those working in the industry, a chance to meet the producers behind their favourite gins and to find new favourites too. We are collaborating with some of Ireland’s most passionate producers and ambassadors to provide a full and authentic experience. With masterclasses, sampling and much more to be announced, we look forward to welcoming you to Gin Experience Dublin.”
The experiences will be taking place this Friday (April 12) from 6pm to 9.30pm, or on Saturday (April 13) from 1pm to 4.30pm or 5.30pm to 9pm.
Tickets are €40, with a minimum of €10 per ticket donated to Debra Ireland.
