Taste the Irish countryside at the NI Countrysports Fair

NI Countrysports Fairs attracts over 20,000 people every year at the Scarvagh House country estate near Banbridge. This year is the first year we will be attending so come and join us in the food and drink marquee

NI Countrysports Fair is an annual two day celebration of the Irish countryside which is perfect for us because here at The Woodlab Distillery we not only celebrate it, but we bottle it up and then share the delicious taste with our Symphonia Gin range.

This is our first year attending the NI Countrysports Fair and we will be joining lots of other food and drink producers in the marquee and of course the smell of food being cooked in the food hall will be amazing.

Ulrich has just got back from a well earned break in the sun so he’s back here in the distillery this week to ensure we have enough bottles of our great tasting spirits for those thirsty gin enthusiasts who will be attending the fair.

It’s here in Benburb, Co Tyrone, where we make our Symphonia range of handcrafted Irish spirits which celebrate produce grown in our beautiful countryside. Our Dry Gin, Symphonia Dry Gin, is very sophisticated and is of exquisite complexity. Our beautiful, tart, crisp Apple Gin, is made using Co Armagh Bramley Apples and our Fruit Cup which is a delicious summer fruit spirit drink.

We were over in London for the Borough Market a few months ago and also at Gin Experience Dublin. The feedback from people at these events was fantastic. Ulrich and the team helping him spent lots of time talking with our customers. It’s always great hearing customers’ thoughts about our spirits so we will be welcoming people with open arms at Scarvagh House.

So here’s to blue skies and sunshine. This is a family event with lots going on. There will be lots of countrysports activities, food and drink, helicopter rides, live music, children’s entertainment, falconry displays, World War Two re-enactments and much more.We are really looking forward to it so come and join us and stock up.

Keep up to date with us on our Facebook Page
